Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for all parties involved.
1. Registration Cancellation by Participants
- Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@metatechevents.com.
- Refund/Substitutions:
- Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute attendee at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 1 day before the event with the substitute’s details.
- A refund cannot be processed once a delegate is registered for the conference. However, we can always transfer your registration to any of our future events of your choice.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers
- If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, or other emergencies), registrants will be notified as soon as possible.
- Registrants will be offered the option to:
- Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.
- If no one can attend the specific conference, the registration can be transferred to any of our upcoming events within the next two years, at no extra cost.
- The organizers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
3. Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for failure to perform any obligations if prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, labor strikes, or government restrictions.
4. No-Show Policy
No refunds or credits will be provided for registrants who fail to attend without prior notice.
5. Changes to the Policy
The organizers reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to registrants promptly.
